Terms of Sale and Use

1. Who sells

The MEG – Music Exercises Generator service (the website www.musicexercisesgenerator.com and the app app.musicexercisesgenerator.com) is provided by Stefano Corradi, sole proprietorship, Viale Giovanni da Cermenate 18, 20141 Milan, Italy. VAT number 09857500962. Email info@musicexercisesgenerator.com, phone +39 327 353 4462.

These terms apply to the use of the website and the app and to the purchases made in them.

2. The service and the account

Free registration gives you the FREE version, which does not expire: you generate and listen to all exercises and save some of them.

The account is personal and used by one person only, on the number of devices allowed by the app. If you are under 14 you may use MEG only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. PRO version

The PRO version is an annual subscription. Final price: €9.90 per year if you subscribe by 31 January 2027 (launch price), €19.90 per year if you subscribe from 1 February 2027.

Launch price: if you subscribe to PRO by 31 January 2027 you pay €9.90 per year and keep this price for all later renewals, as long as the subscription stays active without interruption. If you cancel, a new subscription is charged at the price in force when you take it out.

  • It renews automatically every year at the same price until you cancel it.
  • You can cancel it at any time from your profile, with “Manage” next to Subscription or with the “Cancel subscription” button. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the year already paid: until then PRO stays active and there are no further charges.
  • Before each renewal you receive a reminder email, 30 days in advance.
  • If the renewal payment fails it is retried; if all attempts fail, the subscription ends and the account goes back to the FREE version.

4. Credits

The PRO version includes 100 credits for each calendar month, which do not roll over, up to a maximum of 300 per licence year. Generating, listening to and practising exercises is always free.

  • Saving an exercise: 1 credit.
  • Downloading the score as PDF, PNG, MusicXML or MIDI: 1 credit.
  • Downloading the MP3: 3 credits.

You can buy extra credit packs with a one-off payment: 100 credits for €2.90 or 300 credits for €6.90. They remain valid while you have an active PRO licence and, once used, cannot be refunded in money.

Saving also works without a connection: credits are deducted when the connection comes back. With no credits available, only a small number of offline saves per day is accepted.

5. Gifts

With “Give MEG” (page /gift) you can buy one year of the PRO version for someone else, at €9.90 until 31 January 2027 and €19.90 from 1 February 2027, final price. It is a one-off payment: it is not a subscription and does not renew.

After payment you receive the receipt and a single-use code by email. The code also reaches the recipient by email, right away or on the day you choose (up to one year after purchase); if you prefer to hand it over yourself, only you receive it.

The recipient activates the code on their own free account within 12 months of the sending day: PRO lasts one year from then (or from the end of a fixed-term PRO already active). The code cannot be used on an account with an active PRO subscription or with PRO with no expiry: in that case it stays valid and can be given to someone else.

The code is digital content supplied at once: at purchase you expressly ask for it to be issued and acknowledge that, once the code is supplied, you lose the right of withdrawal. The code cannot be exchanged for money. If a payment is refunded or successfully disputed, a code not yet used is cancelled.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are final prices in euro. VAT is not charged because the seller uses the Italian flat-rate scheme: transaction carried out under art. 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, of Italian Law no. 190/2014 (regime forfettario).

Payment is by card, including Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe: MEG neither sees nor stores card details. The receipt is sent by email by Stripe.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online.

The PRO version and credits are digital content and services supplied immediately. At purchase we ask you to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that, once supply has begun, you lose your right of withdrawal (art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). Without this consent the purchase is not completed. The purchase confirmation, including the consent you gave, is sent to you by email.

For help or refund requests write to info@musicexercisesgenerator.com. If a payment is refunded, or a dispute with the bank is closed in your favour, the PRO version or the credits bought with that payment are removed.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

For digital content and services the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (art. 135-octies and following) applies. Otherwise the service is provided as is: it may be interrupted for maintenance, and we do our best to keep your data, but we recommend downloading anything you cannot do without.

9. Permitted use

You may use MEG for personal study and for teaching: you can print the exercises you generate and use them with your students.

You may not resell the service, access it automatically or extract its content in bulk, or share your account credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

10. Closing the account

You can close your account at any time from your profile, with “Delete account”: access is blocked immediately, any subscription is cancelled (without a refund of the current period, except where the law requires one) and your data are permanently deleted after 30 days. Before closing the account you can download your data from your profile.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. Changes affecting paid subscriptions are notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal: if you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live as a consumer. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.

For any complaint please write first to info@musicexercisesgenerator.com: we answer everyone. As a consumer you may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in July 2025.
